Raw Milk Tank Truck Receiver Job at Marburger Dairy

The receiver works in a manufacturing environment and is responsible for receiving raw milk and batching product while completing all assigned master sanitation duties. The worker runs, cleans, and maintains assigned equipment while following all GMP, HACCP, safety and all other regulatory and plant policies and procedures.
The receiver strives to achieve operations excellence and production goals, effectively communications any deficiencies within assigned work areas, promotes safety, maintains a sanitary food environment and improves product quality. Salary is base pay, there is overtime with this job.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures all received milk complies with state and federal regulations
- Tests raw milk for antibiotic and ensures milk meets quality standards
- Runs all required quality checks
- Completes paperwork accurately
- Reports safety and maintenance issues
- Follows GMP, HACCP, and all other safety procedures
- Ensures all equipment is cleaned according to company procedures and report any issues.
