Runner/Real Estate Assistant (University Heights)

We are looking to add another Real Estate Assistant to our team. This is an entry-level position, you must have a willingness to work and a general understanding of basic home maintenance/repairs. Highly fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment that requires a customer-oriented mindset. We need someone with long-term plans to learn and grow with us. Job includes lifting weight, basic home maintenance and must be available on weekends Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

$16 - $22 hourly

Main functions include:

• Client calls
• Show property
• Sign for Open houses
• General knowledge of basic home repairs
• Be available to work weekends
• Must have own car
• Be Enthusiastic, quick learner, a team player, and love people
• Be proficient with computers
• Must have strong communication skills: both verbal and in writing
• Be punctual, responsible, and coachable.
• Willing to take the real estate exam a plus*
• Must be willing to work in a deadline-oriented, highly detailed, and fast-paced environment.
• Hardworking self-motivated individual
• Strong follow-up skills are a must
• Possess outstanding customer service mindset

Our job requires that you be able to multi-task, be available by phone or text during off times in case of questions or emergencies, work weekends and be a people person. We have a great, supportive team, and a beautiful office

• Must be willing to work weekends. Schedule is Tuesday - Saturday.
• Spanish speaking is preferred but not a Must
