• Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
• Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads

• Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by the team
• Attend training until you are qualified to teach each topic
• Devote part of your day on the phone prospecting for new business
• Hold yourself accountable to perform daily prospecting efforts to ensure success
• Meet buyers and sellers to help them reach their goals, which can include evenings and weekends
• Share knowledge in a team environment to better the team as a whole
• Hold other team members accountable for the success of the entire team
• Have a team-oriented mindset where culture is most important while still focusing on achieving goals

• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• An established track record of successful real estate sales

• Real estate experience is preferred but not necessary
• Hold a real estate license, or actively working towards acquiring a real estate license
• Proficient skills in technology, Excel, Word, etc.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to learn and be coachable with a positive, growth mindset
• Supply your own car (with insurance), computer, cell phone, etc.
