Receiving Supervisor Job at Big Tex Trailer Manufacturing Llc
Big Tex Trailers has an immediate opening for an experienced Receiving Supervisor in Mt. Pleasant, TX. The general purpose of this position is to ensure that receiving department, supply chain and production are coordinated to yield timely delivery of raw materials to the production floor. This position will report directly to the Plant Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with raw material careers to schedule incoming trucks.
- Verify part counts from those incoming material shipments.
- Work with Procurement, Production and Scheduling teams to identify, and escalate any material shortages on the production floor.
- Optimize raw material storage within the production facility.
- Supervise a team of 4-6 forklift operators.
