We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, managing the front desk, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Pulling permits & scheduling inspections
- Promoting the company on Social Media
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
