Qualifications:
- Looking for someone with office management skills.
- Data base management preferred.
- Occasional lifting. If any lift above 50 lbs assistance will be made available.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for public receptionist and customer service duties.
- Greets direct and provide information to visitors.
- Receives and route telephone calls. schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Order office supplies
