We are looking for a positive, friendly person to fill our receptionist position at Padron Flooring. This person should be a great multi-tasker and work well with people.
Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies appropriate team member of visitor arrival.
- Informs visitors by answering question or directing them to the right person
- Keeps an organized and clean reception area
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
