Receptionist/Secretaries
Duties involve physically opening and closing a door for permitted staff
Will need to check ID of staff to determine if on permitted list
Will need to advise people not on permitted staff list to contact agency staff by phone for admittance
Required skills include:
Speaking, reading and writing English
Being able to successfully compare an ID to a person
Remembering/recognizing staff who are normally in the office
Ability to physically open a door numerous times an hour
Desired qualifications include
Politeness
Firmness
Ability to work well with people with a developmental disability
Reliability
Ability to ensure confidentiality of any HIPPA protected information
Parking included, but 4 minute walk away from building entrance
Bus station 3-4 minute walk away
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
