JOB SUMMARY
We are searching for a highly skilled 1099 contract recruiter with the ability to work 25-35 hours per week on average.
We create an environment and give you the tools to be successful. You will get a lot of support from our team including a sourcing team, client success manager, recruitment coordinator and direct communication and partnership with the CEO. We reward your hard work by paying hourly on a 1099 basis AND also giving a bonus for each hire!

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct in-take meeting with hiring manager to understand hiring needs, and through weekly recruiting updates to the client
- Source potential candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
- Arrange conversations with applicants/candidates to screen them
- Assess which candidates fit the client’s criteria for the position
- Submit successful candidates via brief write-up
- Provide clients with weekly updates and provide additional support as needed
Required Qualifications
- CORE VALUE FIT. No negative or less than driven people here
- 4-8 years of experience recruiting in a contractor (1099), recruiting agency, or corporate setting
- Strong knowledge and experience sourcing and utilizing Boolean search on LinkedIn Recruiter & Indeed
- Experience utilizing an ATS – Experience with Oorwin ATS is a huge bonus
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of professionalism and polish with client and candidate communication
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week
- Experience in using Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
