As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in attracting and hiring top talent for Moloco. You will assist in the coordination and execution of various recruitment activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities will be critical to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse, and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Coordinate interview schedules, including arranging logistics, booking interview rooms, and communicating with candidates and interviewers.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks and employment verifications.
- Assist with drafting and sending offer letters, employment agreements, and other hiring-related documentation.
- Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members.
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track and analyze the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or similar role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Familiarity with Greenhouse and GoodTime is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, AIRS) is a plus.
