The Recruiting Coordinator will work with our Talent acquisition team to help identify top talent and fill our open positions. This role will support the sourcing, assessment, selection and hiring of qualified employees to effectively meet the organization’s talent needs. Job Responsibilities (What you will do):
  • Work closely with our talent acquisition team and job board partners to maintain job postings.
  • Assist in the recruitment and advertising of positions as well as the promotion of our employment brand via social media and other tools.
  • Administer required documentation, employment applications, pre-employment testing, references, drug screening and criminal background checks.
  • Assist with processing of offer letters and new hire administration.
  • Help coordinate and execute recruiting events such as career fairs, open houses, etc.
  • Own the temporary staffing process including screening and placement of
  • Communicate with applicants, recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Support various employee/candidate survey and assessment processes including tracking and follow-up.
  • Assist in the maintenance of system data including requisition postings, applicants by requisition, and requisition status.
Skills & Requirements (What you will bring):
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally in writing and in person with internal and external customers.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and identify process efficiencies.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills.
  • An interest in utilizing our social media platforms to promote our employee value proposition.
Experience (What you need to get in the door): Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent amount of education and related experience.

Minimum Experience:
2+ years’ experience in a position involving customer facing office administrative support, marketing/communications support, customer service, or other related customer focused business support.
Prior experience working in support of an HR/Talent team helpful.
Experience with HCM system a plus.
