All about ABA is a Health Care Organization, that delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We provide individualized services in the home and in school to assist individuals up to 21 years of age, working on specific skills and behaviors. We are looking for a full-time talented, innovative, and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee our Talent Acquisition efforts and lead our dedicated team of recruiters. Talent Acquisition Department managers will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Department to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. The ideal candidate is a team leader who can make effective decisions quickly with previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably within the ABA industry.
Ultimately, Talent Acquisition managers will manage our Talent Acquisition Department to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs as well as managing our budgets on various recruitment pipelines.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent within the ABA industry.
- Collaborate closely with Management to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the hiring process as well as report on recruitment metrics.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing ongoing training and support to foster their professional growth and optimize their performance.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with our organization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our recruitment strategies and ensure we remain competitive in attracting top talent.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably within the ABA industry
- In-depth knowledge of the ABA field, including its principles, practices, and specific job requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a recruiting team to achieve hiring goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to established deadlines, and produce work that consistently meets or exceeds team benchmarks.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
