Summary:
The Regional Engineer would be responsible for assisting multiple healthcare facilities across the US with JCAHO preparation, Regulatory Issues and Operational Issues.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facility management
  • Plant operation
  • Solve regulatory issues
  • Solve operational issues
  • Understanding of facilities environment including HVAC, boilers, fire alarm system, building management system, medical gas and alarm is necessary.
  • Ability to manage construction projects such as chiller, boiler or roof replacements
  • Assist hospitals with accessing their (MEP) mechanical, electrical and plumbing needs and assisting them with any upgrades they may needed.
  • Work with hospitals on implementing and completing Factory Mutual (Insurance provider) recommendations.
  • Assist hospitals with preparation and recovery efforts from natural disasters.

Qualifications:
Required Education: Associates Degree
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Required Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience of managerial / supervisory experience and familiarity with OSHA, JCAHO, CDC, EPA, NIOSH, and NFPA regulations.
Preferred Experience: Minimum 5 year’s Hospital experience

Computer Skills Required: Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
