Regional Manager - Mid-Atlantic Job at EAD LLC

EAD LLC Remote

The Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager will oversee and coordinate all operations for stores within Virginia and Maryland. They are entrusted with training and empowering Store Managers, collaborating with managers and business partners to set and execute goals for each store, communicating and enforcing company policies to managers and team members, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations with a multi-unit portfolio of stores

  • Supports the Human Resources department and acts as a hiring manager for Store Managers and studio team members and ensures stores are fully staffed with support of SM

  • Organizes and oversees the schedules and performance of studio team members

  • Identifies areas of improvement within stores and staff and implements effective training, strategies, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale

  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive

  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy, in partnership with Human Resources

  • Provides leadership to the assigned region, overseeing retail activities within stores

  • Reviews and analyzes regional sales and operational records and reports

  • Collaborates with store managers to identify budgeted sales goals for each location, monitors progress toward those goals, and develops strategies to attract and retain customers

  • Develops local marketing programs and promotions to increase sales and/or introduce new products and services

  • Schedules and directs regular meetings and trainings to share information, set and revise goals, and to increase morale

  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop territories, sales quotas, and strategies

  • Understands and implements district-wide budget; monitors and approves expenses

  • Maintains knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent math skills in drafting and implementing budgets and conducting data analysis
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
  • Thorough understanding of the company's products and/or services and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 60% of each week
  • Ability to work 45+ hours per week

Experience/Education

  • 6+ years of full-time management experience
  • 2+ years of multi-unit management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; OR extensive experience in management required
  • Alcohol Safety/TIPS certification (Muse will provide this training if needed)
  • ServSafe Manager Certification (Muse will provide this training if needed)

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, bend
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
  • Must be local to one of the following locations and have the ability to travel to: Annapolis, Gaithersburg, Gainesville, Woodbridge, Richmond, Virginia Beach
