Envision Healthcare at Home is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Director for our home care and hospice offices in WA. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships through the supervision of account managers. Goal is to drive sustainable financial growth and to forge strong relationships with clients/referral sources.

The Regional Sales Director is a key position within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manages all contracting with facilities, payors, healthcare partners and vendors.
- Develops a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conducts research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Manages and maintains the use of a customer relationship management sales tool to track account activities.
- Develops and fosters relationships with professional and networking organizations
- Reviews and approves digital marketing campaigns.
- Arranges business meetings with prospective clients, referral sources, and business associates.
- Promote the Agency’s services; predicts and addresses clients’ objectives.
- Provide trustworthy feedback to operations and clinical team.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Plan approaches by working with team to develop presentations that speaks to the clients’ needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Organizes and directs the Agency’s ongoing liaison among the Governing Body, Professional Advisory Committee and staff in conjunction with Administrator.
- Employs qualified personnel and ensures adequate staff education and evaluations.
- Fiscal planning, budgeting and management.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years experience in Sales Leadership/Management
- At least 5 years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health program.
- Demonstrated ability in or application or organizational/communication skills.
- Ability to deal effectively with high levels of stress.
- Ability to analyze market and develop strategic plan to increase market share.
- Ability to enlist the cooperation of many stakeholders in furthering a program.
- Skills in networking, persuasion, prospecting, closing ability and motivating sales team.
