Job Description:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations of our GA, TN, AL territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring, training and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and identifying new business opportunities.
To become a Successful Regional Manager in the Vaping industry, you typically need to have a strong sales and marketing background, as well as a good understanding of the vaping industry and its products. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
In addition to sales responsibilities, the Regional Manager is also responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for their territory. This may include developing promotional materials, coordinating events, and working with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns
The Regional Manager’s primary responsibility is to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for their assigned territory. They work closely with their sales team to identify potential customers, develop sales pitches, and close deals. They are also responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives by marketing and visiting clients out in the field. Our clients are smoke shops and Convenience Stores (C-Stores)
· Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives
· Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to team members to ensure success
· Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
· Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
· Manage sales budgets and analyze market trends and data to inform business decisions
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
· Field and time management by setting up appointments through prospecting or outside vendors
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
· Minimum of [5 years of experience in sales management, preferably with B2B retail experience
· Proven track record of sales success and meeting or exceeding targets
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
