You will be joining a high-performance sales team in a business enjoying significant growth, a Global FTSE 100 and well renowned in the market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 7 Account Managers, accountable for total revenue generated from new business and existing base of business with billed targets of $20M+ per annum.
- Driving and monitoring the organizational objectives of the sales teams.
- Observing and identifying new areas for sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deploying and developing sales resources to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinating and integrating crucial sales activities with appropriate segment team initiatives.
- Recruiting and retaining high-quality sales resources.
- Assess account manager performance on a regular basis.
What you should bring
- Experience in sales management or leadership.
- Display a background in solution-sales approach.
- Display experience and knowledge of specific solution areas.
- Provide exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to achieve sales goals.
- Have a positive attitude and strong business drive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or relevant experience in lieu.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar leadership role.
- Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Role is located in Boca Raton and will be a hybrid schedule.
