PAC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Mountain Territory (Colorado, Nevada (excluding Reno), Utah, Arizona and New Mexico)

The Regional Sales Manager will pursue new sales opportunities in the defined region (Colorado, Utah, NV, Arizona, New Mexico), as well as manage and work with existing customers to achieve regional sales and profit growth.

• Please note this position will be based in your home office. We are seeking candidates living within the territory and with the ability to travel regularly within the territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies to promote the growth of PAC's core product offerings and pursue other opportunities through distributor alliances.
• Work directly with key personnel at both the end-user and through distribution
• Work in tandem with customer service representative to provide customer with a cohesive PAC approach to service
• Display or demonstrate products, using samples or catalog with emphasis on salable features of products through solution-based selling
• Maintain excellent communications with internal company departments and external customers
• Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps accurate expense accounts. Submits expense reports in a timely manner.
• Attend trade shows and industry functions as appropriate to increase product knowledge and sales potential
• Work with CRM tool to accurately track quotes and provide management with overview of territory status
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years outside sales, packaging experience preferred (but not necessary)
• Proven successful sales record with stellar prospecting skills & customer service
• College degree
• Must be capable of speaking, reading, and writing English with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Computer Skills (please indicate if preferred or required)

• Moderate IT skills - required

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (please indicate if preferred or required)

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel
