Registered Behavior Technician Job at Kids S.P.O.T.

Due to our extreme growth within our pediatric care, we are seeking Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to join our Kid SPOT Family. Our Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) create a positive impact in the lives of children that are on the spectrum. We are also located in various areas of Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and more, allowing an easy transition if moving is in your future.
We are seeking RBTs for natural environment settings in our Polk County region. We currently have 1 case in need of an experienced RBT within the cities of Lakeland , Winter Haven & Haines City, FL. Please review the additional information regarding the case below.
Schedule: 20-22 hours per week, flex schedule
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Contractor Position that allows you to choose your clients and locations that fit your needs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 40-hour RBT training as required by the BACB
- Certificate of Completion of the exam by the BACB
- Reliable means of transportation
- 1-2 years minimum of proven RBT experience
- Professional & responsible
Duties & Description:
- Provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children on the spectrum
- Implement behavior acquisition and behavior reduction plans as outlined by BIP
- Conduct stimulus preference assessments
- Collect data
