Job Title: Skilled Nursing (RN)

Salary: $32- $34 per hour

Our healthcare organization is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have the skills necessary to deliver care to patients of all ages and backgrounds with a wide range of medical needs.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions based on patient needs
- Monitor and observe patient behaviour and provide nursing interventions accordingly
- Develop and implement nursing care plans that meet the patients’ individual needs
- Communicate with patients and their families to ensure care plans are understood and followed
- Record patients' medical histories and symptoms, and provide follow-up care instructions as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to devise innovative care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and self-care techniques
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
- At least 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing facility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to work various shifts including nights and weekends
