Memorial Community Hospital & Health System (MCH&HS), located in Blair, Nebraska, is seeking a Registered Nurse House Supervisor to join our team working three 12-hour Night shifts per week with rotating weekends. Job Summary • Accountable for daily operations of the Emergency, Med/Surg, Obstetrics, and Surgery departments. • Organizes, directs, and coordinates the nursing staff to assure that effective nursing services are provided and quality standards are met. • Evaluates, plans, implements, and documents nursing care for assigned patient population, as well as maintains accurate records. • Resolves immediate problems and reports all issues to appropriate Leader.

- Acts as a resource for staff and physicians as well as patients and their families. • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Functions as backup RN in the Emergency department. Job Requirements • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- BSN strongly preferred. • A minimum of 3 years of acute nursing experience with one or more years of supervisory experience preferred. • Current RN licensure in the state of Nebraska or Iowa. • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
