Registered Nurse (Part-time) Job at Pride Home Care Services LLC
Pride Home Care Services is a licensed service provider for in-home care assistance to the elderly and disabled adults in Georgia. Pride Home Care is looking for a PRN or part time Registered Nurse to join our team.
The Registered Nurse will conduct in-person assessment, evaluation and admission of patients who are approved for in-home care services in Fannin, Gilmer, Union, Towns and Pickens counties. The Registered Nurse will develop care plan with patients and other providers involved in the patient's care. The Registered Nurse may also conduct supervisory visits for personal care aides to ensure in-home care aides are providing the highest quality of care for our patients. The RN may also provide training as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Current and clean RN license in the State of Georgia
Clean criminal background check with no history of misconduct
Current CPR certification
Negative TB test result
Current driver's license and proper vehicle insurance coverage
Note: This RN position is an independent contract employment and will be paid per client per visit.
