BrightStar Care of Mobile/Baldwin County Bay Minette, AL 36507
BrightStar Care of Mobile/Baldwin is looking for compassionate, hard-working, and reliable RNs to care for our pediatric clients in the home setting in the Baldwin County area in Bay Minette.
- Part-time and Full-time night position providing pediatric in-home care for a patient in Baldwin County.
- Some pediatric experience preferred

Expected Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment and plan of care using sound judgment and critical thinking.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes.
- Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adhere to the employment agency's policies, procedures, and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an RN
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of emergency care
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is caring and responsible
- Has excellent problem-solving skills and organizational and multi-tasking skills
Required from the Registered Nurse (RN):
- An unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in the state where care is provided
- Minimum of (1) year of documented nursing experience
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull
- Must be able to lift or transfer up to 50 pounds
- Clear background check
- Satisfactory drug screen
