RN Supervisor – LTC – Full-time

Job Summary:

• 40 hours per week, including every other weekend – 3:00-11:30pm

** Must commit to working every other weekend: weekend differential = $5.00/hour **

Coordinates, supervises and assists in the delivery of resident care in accordance with DPH & OBRA regulations in medium-sized long term care facility. Acts as support and resource person for nurses and unit managers regarding resident consultation, staffing, and unit organization. Provides clinical expertise to staff as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MA licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, 1 of which was in Charge Nurse capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long term care.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and computer skills required.
• Demonstrates the role of supervisor in a professional and courteous manner.
• Compassionate and committed to working with the elderly.
• Per State mandate, must be fully vaccinated & boosted against COVID-19.
