Vancouver Clinic is searching for a
full time Registered Nurse to support the Provider Residency Program with Internal Medicine at Salmon Creek. Responsibilities include: In-basket management, triaging patients, clinical skills such as ear lavage, EKG, injections, immunizations, and point-of-care testing. Schedule is four, 10 hour shifts - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
Will transition to schedule after successful completion of training (Monday through Friday, 8:00a to 5:00p). Wage range for position starts at $35.70/hour, higher depending on experience.
Required qualifications:

Current, unencumbered Washington RN license.

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) for Health Care Provider certification at time of hire.

Interact effectively with patients and physicians in pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy.

Work independently while functioning as a team member.

Organize and prioritize workflow.
Pay Range:
$33.16 - $49.73

Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
