Full Job Description:

As a Custom Residential Remodeler at Luxura Cabinets, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills in all areas of the renovation process. Our goal as a team is to consistently deliver an extraordinary remodeling experience to our customers. We believe in going above and beyond to exceed our customers' expectations. Many of our projects are highly customized. If the client can imagine it, we can deliver it!

You will report directly to our Project Manager and work closely with our small team of professionals.

Experience required to be SUCCESSFUL in this role

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, electrical, construction – or a motivation to learn!

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and design plans/layouts

• Valid Driver’s License

A Typical Day at Luxura Cabinets

In this role, you can expect to:

• Meet at our warehouse at 7:30AM-8:00AM, gather materials, and load company truck or van

• Embrace that each day is different, depending on the project, and sometimes the daily tasks change as we go with changing priorities
• Show extreme attention to detail and care for customer’s home by properly cleaning up following installation

*As a side note: There might be some occasional days that your skills are needed more at our cabinet shop than out at a job site. We are a small business, rather than a large chain/corporation, so our team members wear several different hats.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
