Remote Customer Service Rep Job at Paramount Staffing, LLC
Weekly Pay: $14-$15/hr (40+ hours each week)
Start Date: ASAP
In Office for the first 2 – 4 weeks, then Remote!
Training Location: Doraville, GA 30360
Training Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9 AM to 5:30 PM
Production Schedule: 8 to 5:30 PM - *OR* - 8:30 to 6 PM
Must have Monday through Saturday availability (Will have Sunday and a Weekday off each week).
Once you transfer to a remote agent, shifts could be 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Details:
- Taking high volume inbound calls from customers who are requesting assistance with finding available car parts for repairs to their current vehicle
- Ability to notate accounts, share information about available parts, prices of the parts, onsite locations where they can pick up the necessary parts
- Offering excellent customer service!
- At least two years of strong customer service or call center experience
- Must have your own computer to work from home (after the first 14-35 days of working in the office)
- Ability to pass a background check within 24 hours of accepting the job offer
- Positive attitude and desire to grow within a company!
