Renewal Account Specialist
Registrar Corp is actively seeking a Renewal Account Specialist to support our clients across the world. This team player will provide exceptional customer service while working with our existing clients to ensure they have the support and services they need to be compliant with Food and Drug Administration regulations.
What you’ll do
- Manage large amounts of outbound and inbound renewal sales calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” while using critical thinking skills
- Listen to identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and research issues to provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Meet and exceed personal/team sales quotas
What you will bring
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to type accurately while talking on the phone with a minimum typing speed of 35WPM
- Proficient computer knowledge and ability to learn specialized software
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Prior customer service or call center experience helpful
- Availability to work onsite in Hampton, VA Monday - Friday 8-4pm
