Heiser Ford Lincoln is in Glendale Wisconsin and is looking for Rental Manager. Are you organized? Responsible, outgoing, and can handle multi-tasking? • Manager daily use of 50-75 automobiles
• Use of rental/loaner software and complete understanding
• Manage daily operations by yourself from 7am to 4pm Monday thru Friday
• Coordinate with support staff in both Sales and Service for afterhours opportunities
• Administer proper documentation for all transactions
• Monitor and update vehicle usage and availability daily
• Ability to handle exposure to severe weather elements
• Proper filing of all Official reporting (Police, Insurance, etc.)
• Vehicle cleanliness remains extremely high overall
• Ensure proper payment is determined prior to release of vehicle

• Like working with customers in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in this every changing automotive industry
• You are organized, outgoing personality, with strong time management skills
• Professional appearance
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Sales and/or Service experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to continuously learn and grow with us
• Goal oriented and revenue driven
• Valid WI Driver’s License
