Reports Specialist Job at IMA Payer Services
The IMA Group is seeking to hire a Reports Specialist to join their Payer Services team. This is a full time remote position.
The Reports Specialist provides an effective and high quality report review. The individual in this role will meet the needs of the business and contractual targets.
We are not accepting applications from Colorado, Washington and California states at this time.
- Process reports that are ready to be sent to the client.
- Reviews the reports and edits for completeness and checks the summary of activities on the report against the corresponding bill.
- Follows up via email communication with the case manager with questions related to submitted reports.
- Submits the report and bill and assigns the Quality Assurance.
- Logs every report and QA submitted.
- Makes corrections to reports or updates files when needed or as requested by billing or operations specialists.
- Communicates with billing or operations specialists regarding any changes they may need to process,
- Develop and monitor procedures and quality standards to enable the effective functioning of the Report Specialist service.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Word, Excel, telephone systems, required.
- Knowledge of Accounting software, Contact Management systems, Database software, preferred.
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree
- Additional certifications in the field are desired but not required
