Restaurant Back Server Job at Fiola Miami
We are looking for passionate & dedicated BACKSERVERS to join the Fiola Miami team. Be a part of this truly unique restaurant and work alongside hospitality pioneers, positive team members, engaging leadership in an inclusive, safe and nurturing environment. High end Clientele with great tipped income. (Average $1000-$1200 per week)
Responsibilities include:
- Multitask between running food, bussing tables, water service, polishing, making beverages, and all other duties that may be needed to enhance guest experience
- Respond immediately to guests needs and requests
- Maintain clean dining room and restaurant.
Requirements include:
- Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume, high-intensity restaurant
- Demonstrate warm, friendly, high-energy personality with positive and team-oriented approach
- Highly organized, efficient, and meticulous
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
- Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needs
