Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, Chick-fil-A Eastern & Ione is owned and operated by Dave Taplin, who has been a Chick-fil-A Operator for 10 years. Dave has a track record of developing leaders and those committed to the operator process, while also caring for his team individually.

POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Restaurant Director is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the business, leading 110+ team members, and strategic planning of the organization. You will need to be a high level thinker with strong problem solving abilities. You will also need to have an attitude of continuous improvement when it comes to our 5 Critical Success Factors: Leadership, Customer Experience, Talent, Sales & Brand Growth, and Financial Stewardship. The ideal candidate has at least three years of Chick-fil-A leadership experience, the desire to pursue being a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator, and a passion for the brand. This position requires 45-50 hours per week.This leader long term will have the opportunity to become the Executive Director of two Chick-fil-A restaurants.
