Restaurant District Manager Job at CEFCO Convenience Stores
The Restaurant District Manager will balance both an analytical and a delegation skillset needed for multi brand restaurant management. This role will be responsible for managing the day to day operations and P&L responsibility related to multiple restaurant brand concepts including food production, training, customer service, sales, food costs, labor management and product inventory. The Restaurant District Manager provides outstanding leadership to Restaurant Store Managers while complying with all company standards, ensuring all assistance is provided quickly and proficiently to maintain company culture.
*This position will oversee Huddle House locations in the following cities: Jefferson, Mount Vernon, Vernon, Kilgore, and Palestine.*

- Accountable for full P&L in the restaurants within the assigned district.
- Drives sales through a combination of an exceptional customer experience, strategy, tactical execution, and franchise relationships.
- Analyzes all available reports for the district and each restaurant and develops effective methods to address performance gaps.
- Ensures compliance with company policies/procedures, government laws/regulations, and all training requirements are met by all employees under area of responsibility.
- Develops, communicates, and executes short/long-term goals for area of responsibility. Utilizes a mix of strategy and tactical execution to meet objectives.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- Proven budget and P&L experience
- Professional level communication skills -both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of POS systems
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work long hours.
