Qualifications
- Monitoring all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of food and customer service
- Reviewing document to assess the quality of restaurant operations
- Communicating with team members, guests, vendors and concept personnel for various needs
- Interviewing exceptional talent for position openings
- Ability to motivate team members
- Strong communication skills
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a full-service, casual dining concept
- Proven record of stability and upward mobility
