o Housekeeping Team Members:

A successful Housekeeping Team Member actively engages with customers, providing exceptional customer service, provides a clean and inviting shopping environment to include sweeping, mopping, spill cleanup, restroom maintenance, and retrieving shopping carts. The ideal candidate and has a customer first mindset. This requires the working in service with one another and the customer, prioritizing workload, and contributing to accomplishing the team’s key objectives.

o Customer Experience Team Members (all shifts):

A successful Customer Experience Team Member is actively engaged with customers and has a customer first mindset both on the Salesfloor and on the Register. The Customer Experience Team Member is empowered to make positive decisions that are in the best interest of the customer.
