The_ Retail Experience Coordinator II _position supports medium volume assigned Retailer locations with various items, including but not limited to logistics planning, policy communication, special product requests, and work cross functionally with various internal and external teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manually intervene as needed to complete one-off ordering requests.
  • Resolve and respond to Retailer needs surrounding ordering policies, special product needs, and backorder reassignment.
  • Actively oversee van management tools to ensure product is scheduled and shipped as requested/assigned.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, Regional Mangers, various department leaders, and Renewal by Andersen Retail contacts via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone.
  • Identify areas of improvement for standard work documentation for internal and external ordering groups; make direct leadership aware of gaps.
  • Take a proactive approach to customer service initiatives by identifying solutions and options to meet retailer needs. Independently resolve escalated issue’s when possible, work with direct leadership when necessary.
  • Identifies opportunities and challenges for retailers; provide suggestions and input for quick resolution, potential future tools, and/or best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal skills; solution focused and results oriented. Limited direction of daily activities. Ability to adapt quickly to support Retail needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of work experience to include processing work.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of technical & business tools.
  • Data processing processing capabilities.
  • Strong customer orientation, including customer service and resolution skills.
  • Financial knowledge: understanding of key financial indicators and decisions that impact recommendations.
  • Computer skills: MS Word and Outlook.

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
