Hunter Hamilton is partnered with a well-known, global company within the fashion industry. They have been in business over 100 years and are seeking an Account Associate to support their Buying functions. This company pioneered labor and environmental guidelines in manufacturing, and they work to build sustainability into everything they do.
This role is 100% remote. It has a pay range of $34-39 per hour and has a standard Monday through Friday schedule. This is a 6-month contract initially, however the role can be extended or even converted, depending on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong analysis skills, including Excel, will have utilized SAP or a similar ERP system, and will have experience in apparel, buying/planning functions, or within a sales team.
Reporting to the Sr. Sales Manager, you will help grow our Levi's Department Store Business. You must communicate with internal and external partners, be able to multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities. You will assist the sales team in accomplishing annual Profit & Loss goals and will independently implement reporting, analysis, and smaller components of the business.
About the Job
- Facilitate daily order management tasks, which include: tracking order progress, resolving order roadblocks, simple analytics, and interpreting reports
- Establish relationships with buyers and assistant buyers
- Populate Weekly Business Review numbers for management review
- Support with New Item Setup info and imagery
- Manage all sizing and value-add service tools
- Assist the Levi's Department Store sales team in daily tasks and projects
- Offer support for internal strategy calls and external meetings
About You
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or combination 4+ years of college education and work experience
- Experience in Excel, specifically VLOOKUP, and pivot tables
- Strong communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning to new systems and technologies
- Self-motivated individual that shines both independently and as a valuable team player
- Interest and excitement in learning more about the Wholesale function (B2B with Levi’s wholesale clients)
