Retail Sales Associate Job at Imperium Elite
We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to meet sales goals for our clients. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A winning attitude and a desire to grow professionally is necessary to succeed in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave the retailer satisfied and you will contribute to our growth goals as well as your own.
Responsibilities
- Hit weekly sales goals
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Collaborate with the team
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Track record of achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- High school degree
- BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $2,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
