Retail Store Associate Job at The UPS Store #1561
The UPS Store Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers in providing shipping, packaging and printing solutions. The Associate advises customers and provides accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry.
All Store Associates will be required to become certified Notary Public and Livescan fingerprint technicians. Both certifications will require Associates to pass government background checks, and examinations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Retail/customer service experience
- Good communication and people skills
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Able to stay on your feet for long hours
- Computer application knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), is recommended.
- Ability to work Saturdays or Sundays (Must-have)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
