Design Windows & Doors has been a leader in residential window and door replacement for 17 years in the Inland Empire. We are looking for two lead installers to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for people that share our passion for quality and making customers thrilled. If you're the type of installer that takes incredible pride in your work, and cannot leave a job until it is right, then we need to talk.

Our ideal candidate has at least 7 years verifiable experience as a lead retrofit installer. You should have deep retrofit window installation experience with multiple brands of windows. You should be able to expertly install sliding doors, french doors, entry doors and bi-fold doors. Huge bonus points if you are AAMA InstallationMasters Certified (don't worry...if you aren't, we will train you for certification). And if you can frame, handle light electrical (lights and switches for patio doors), drywall and stucco patch that is also a HUGE plus.
