Including but not limited to: Obetz, Groveport, Canal Winchester, Grove City, Reynoldsburg, Bexley, Whitehall, Gahanna, Lancaster, etc.)

Seeking caring and responsible Registered Nurses to provide home health skilled nursing services to our patients in Columbus and surrounding areas. There is an urgent need for client visits (1-4 hours in length), and availability for shift nursing services (4 or more hours per shift). We treat patients of all ages and conditions. Nurses work under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator.

Nurses have a critical role in the provision and coordination of home care services. Typical duties may include but are not limited to:

• Monitoring medications and overall condition
• Coordinating services and processes change orders as needed
• Teaching and training activities, and promoting sound preventive practices
• Consultation with client's family, physicians, and other service providers to participate in the development and periodic revision of treatment plans
• May also provide visit or shift type nursing care and fill in for the other nurses

Even if you have no previous experience in-home care, with our responsive office staff, and 24-hour on-call line, we are here to support you on your journey to a new branch of your nursing career. Prior home health experience is preferred but not required. An aptitude for technology is also important as we continue to move away from traditional paper-based systems and processes. Qualifications:

• Valid license to practice nursing in the state of Ohio without restrictions
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Candidates must pass a BCI and FBI background check
• CPR / First Aid (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
