We are currently looking for a RN Field Manager to join our dedicated homecare team servicing the following counties: Middlesex, Somerset, Mercer and Union. This position would be responsible for planning, directing and supervising the quality of care provided by the Home Health Aides and providing back up support to the Patient Care Director and Level III as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
  • Facilitates and coordinates the interdisciplinary care and services provided by the HHA to patients and families
  • Makes field visits with Home Health Aides to client’s homes
  • Manages the in-services and e-learning program for the ongoing development of the Home Health Aides
  • Monitors the quality and appropriateness of services provided by the staff
  • Provides back-up support to the Patient Care Director and Level III as needed
  • Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies
  • Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
  • Supervises the Home Health Aide staff in conjunction with the organization’s managerial and leadership practices
  • Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position
Qualifications:
  • RN with Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
  • 2+ years of experience in community health nursing providing direct patient care
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to supervise others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual preferred
Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business Office Environment with phone and computer use
