Our* Clementine West Linn Program for adolescent girls (age 12-17) is now hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurses. *Located in West Linn OR, this is an adolescent female residential program and is in a setting designed to mirror home-life, we relied on our years of experience to create an atmosphere that gives clients the feeling of comfort, security, support, and—most of all—healing.

*We are offering a $5,0000-$7,000 sign on bonus depending on experience!*
Responsibilities Include::

• Obtaining and recording vitals as needed.
• Monitoring and reporting unusual client behavior.
• Medication administration.
• Document promptly and properly.
• Model normalized dietary habits by eating meals to completion when working during mealtimes.

Qualifications::

• Active license as Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse (or be license-eligible).
• Experience in residential or inpatient behavioral health and mental health settings is helpful.
• Any past work with those overcoming Eating Disorders is a plus.
• Must hold active CPR/BLS prior to starting work. (We can arrange training if needed).

OR state regulations require healthcare workers to be vaccinated.
