Solar Roof Installer

Description:
We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Roof Installer, preferably with previous solar experience.
Responsibilities:
- Complete projects within established policies and procedures.
- Complete projects within time frames and budgets.
- Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on crew safety.
- Assemble the solar array racking, properly seal all roof penetrations, and install all relative equipment.
- Work exceptionally well with others, competently delegate work amongst the crew and resolve potential crew issues.
- Being able to fill out the proper paperwork for each job completed.
Skills
- 1 year of roofing and/or solar installation or general construction required
- Previous solar experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work in extreme environments (sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc)
- Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on roof tops and able to work on your feet for long periods of time. Must be comfortable with heights.
- Must be reliable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with thoughtful, data-informed, problem solving
