ROSS Retail Associate LATE NIGHT RECOVERY - Carmel Mountain Job at Ross Inc.
Scheduling:
This posting is for evening store recovery team. We have late hours holiday and need staff that are available to start their shift between 6pm or 8pm that can work until 12:30am each night. We need a minimum of 3 days of availability, with at least 1 day being Saturday or Sunday because these are peak business days. All associates must be available to work the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas. We are closed on the actual holiday, but the days around them will be busy.
General Purpose: The retail associate is responsible for ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience. The associate makes eye contact, smiles, and greets all customers in a courteous and friendly manner, treats fellow associates with respect, efficiently follows all company best practice standards as outline in all work centers, maintains clean work area at all times, and ensures proper merchandise presentation. The retail associate is expected to be engaged in these tasks as assigned during all working hours and will be expected to perform a range of functions in all areas of the store as business needs require.
