We are looking for a friendly and hardworking employee that would be a great fit to be a Joe Patti's Seafood. They must have knowledge of seafood, experience in working with large groups of employees & large groups of customers of the general public, must have full availability with reliable transportation.
The Fish Line Sales Associate suggests/explains the variety of products to customers, arranges products to appeal to customers and builds customer loyalty by proactively assisting with customer needs.
Key Job requirements:
- Greet customers in friendly and cordial manner
- Active listening and communication skills
- Physical ability to keep up with high volume customer services at a fast pace
- knowledge of self-serve products
- Ability to distinguish and describe different types of fresh fish
- Operating knowledge of weighing scales
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and regulations regarding food safety and sanitation
- Maintain a clean workstation
- Answer customer's questions/inquiries or ask for assist from team member to provide accurate information to the customer
- Clarify customer order requests to avoid mistakes
- Assist customer with product selection
- weigh and label products
- distribute customer purchase to next station for processing
- Ensure product levels are maintained and the product appearance acceptable and appealing
- Ensure ince levels are maintained to keep product fresh
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
