TranSource Truck & Equipment is looking to hire a Equipment Sales Coordinator at our Sioux Falls branch.
Primary Responsibilities:
We are looking for coordinator who can think outiside the box. Are you looking for a fun and challenging job? You will perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support the department. Flexibilty is the key.
- Communicate and work alongside every department in the company. (sales, parts, service, accounting, etc.)
- Performs general administrative tasks including sales support, data entry and data analysis
- Help invoice and track transactions
- Assists Equipment Sales manager in various aspects of the operations of the department
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related paperwork and assist in getting all proper documentation in from customers
- File titles and title paperwork
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator, title work or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Prfieciency in english;
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- A team player;
- Profieciency in using Microsoft programs and general computer skills;

Hours Monday- Friday - Full time
