Sales Executive, Southern California Job at Three Way Logistics, Inc.
At Three Way Logistics, Sales Executives have the responsibility of acquiring new customers and achieving ambitious goals. From identifying potential leads to nurturing prospective customer relationships and closing deals, Sales Executives play a fundamental role in the success of our logistics services.
Three Way Logistics is seeking a sales professional in Los Angeles area. This role will focus on full-service logistics solutions which includes distribution, local and long-haul transportation, machinery moving/rigging, etc. The ideal candidate will share our company values of integrity, quality, and customer commitment — and be able to communicate these values to our customers. This sales role offers a competitive benefits package, including flexible scheduling and commission rates.
Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 Depending on Experience
Responsibilities:
-Prospect with a "hunter" mentality via phone, internet, fieldwork, referrals, and industry networking.
· Identify, develop, and qualify new sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and calling.
· Contact and conduct initial discovery with customers via phone and email.
· Facilitate meetings, face-to-face or through virtual meeting platform.
· Collaborate, create, and present proposals for prospective customers.
· Collaborate internally with team on pricing strategy and account implementation plans.
· Maintain pipeline 40% above sales goals.
· Consult with several levels of decision-makers and influencers to understand customers’ business challenges.
· Coordinate sales effort with Norwalk operations team to meet service needs.
· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ year’s logistics experience
- 2+ year’s sales experience with record of exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Experience working with CRM software
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Driven and highly self-motivated.
- Strong logistics or machinery moving industry knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Schedule:
- Employee will be required to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week or as many hours as it may take to perform the above job duties. Schedule may vary based on business demands.
- Employee may be required to travel for training or customer meetings.
- This is a hybrid role. Work from home and in office; employee’s office will reside in Norwalk, CA

Pay: Base pay plus commission. Negotiable based on experience.
