The Sales Insights Manager will be responsible for receiving and extracting robust data, analyzing it, and looking for trends or areas to drive client results. The Sales Insights Manager then disseminates and delivers that information by providing accurate, on-time deliverables to key stakeholders across multiple teams.

The Sales Insights Manager will be responsible for receiving and extracting robust data, analyzing it, and looking for trends or areas to drive client results. The Sales Insights Manager then disseminates and delivers that information by providing accurate, on-time deliverables to key stakeholders across multiple teams.


Requirements

  • Radical curiosity of retail and the constantly changing marketplace

  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Experience in collecting, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of data to develop accurate insightful storylines/recommendations to drive critical business decisions

  • Ability to influence
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and complex formulas
  • Experience synthesizing raw data from Syndicated/POS databases such as IRi/Nielsen into actionable insights
  • 2-4 years in CPG industry

Preferred

  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience using Tableau/Looker/PowerBI
  • Experience working with multiple retailers including eCommerce and Omni-channel
  • Multi-functional experience including merchandising, marketing, sales and supply-chain
  • Experience using consumer panel data such as Numerator/IRi Consumer
