Job Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily management of the sales department. The Sales Manager will lead the Client Ambassador & Associate Client Ambassador team to reach sales targets. This includes hiring, providing training and support development for each team member, setting quotas, evaluating, and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Implementing strategies for encouraging sales through market campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, prospecting, and sales processes, developing relationships and prospect engagement, and educating potential prospects about the Aviv medical program. The Sales Manager must plan, execute, and oversee all sales and promotional activities effectively. Collaborates with the VP of Sales & Commercial to create opportunities in developing new relationships and educational programs for Aviv Clinics. Follows all guidance on appropriate language with prospective clients and the public.
Essential Functions:
- Works with a multidisciplinary medical team to provide healthcare services to an exclusive clientele.
- Acts as the first professional level point of contact for interactions with the Client Ambassador team.
- Implement sales protocols designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming prospective client interactions.
- Collaborates with VP of Sales & Commercial on community events, presentations, and relationship-building activities with the local media, clubs, physicians, and community members.
- Obtains client deposits and collects balances in alignment with treatment plans/progress.
- Keeps VP of Sales & Commercial informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses of generated leads and conversions.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops with the HQ clinical/research team; reviews professional journals related to the Aviv Clinics research and development; participates in local community clubs as needed to develop relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to the leadership team and clinical partners on resolution(s).
- Collaborates with VP of Sales & Commercial and Global VP, Marketing & Sales to boost the Aviv Clinics brand.
- Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this job role; this is not a remote role.
- Performs duties/projects as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school in business (Business Administration or related eld) or Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Exercise Science, etc.); or a bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) a plus along with proven sales experience.
Experience:
- Five years' previous experience in sales management. B2B and B2C sales management are preferred.

- Demonstrated outstanding Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to guide and mentor Client Ambassadors.
- Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong leadership and the ability to motivate the Client Ambassador team throughout the prospecting and high-level sales process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while designing and implementing a successful sales strategy.
- Ability to manage, delegate, set sales targets and achieve them effectively with the team.
- Demonstrated ability and aptitude to utilize CRM software to manage the sales process and analyze data related to forecasting sales.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Must be self-motivated (self-starter), flexible, and able to demonstrate strong time management skills.
- Experienced in luxury brand sales.
- Promotes and maintains a positive, and professional company image.
- Must be able to make sound judgment decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
